Joshua D Collins, MD

Biographical Statement

Dr. Joshua Collins is a 2010 graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and was selected to serve as a chief medical resident following this training. He is an assistant clinical professor, practicing both inpatient and outpatient general internal medicine as a member of the Division of Academic Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital.  

Dr. Collins has a passion for developing outstanding physicians and currently serves as the Medical Director of the Kado Clinical Skills Center at Wayne State University. In this role, he is able to leverage his extensive experience in undergraduate and graduate medical education to teach students and residents how to be the best physician they can be for each person with whom have the opportunity to engage.
