Biographical Statement

Dr. Keith Mullins is a board-certified gastroenterologist and Clinical Assistant Professor with extensive experience in general gastroenterology and colorectal cancer prevention.  His leadership roles at Henry Ford Health include Section Chief of Luminal Gastroenterology and Physician Director of the Open Access Colonoscopy Program.

Care Philosophy

Dr. Mullins philosophy for patient care is to work with patients and their families to provide compassionate and professional care. Open communication and a personalized care plan for each patient is key. His goal is to improve his patient’s quality of life and help them lead a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Research Interests

His research has centered on improving qualify, efficiency, and access to colonoscopy and other endoscopic procedures.  He also has multiple case reports of rare and unusual cases.
