  • Order prescription refills
  • Locate a Henry Ford Pharmacy
  • Transfer prescriptions between Henry Ford Pharmacy locations
  • See monthly “over-the-counter” sale specials
  • Look up drug interactions
  • View and print medication guides and statements

2. Download our free mobile app via Google Play or the App Store

  • Order prescription refills
  • Receive text message notifications when a medication is ready for pick-up
  • Enroll in refill and medication dosage reminders
  • View prescription history and dosages

3. Follow these steps to get the medication you need over the phone

  • Check your medication bottle for refills. If you do not have refills, our pharmacy staff can help request a new prescription from your doctor.
  • Use the View Our Locations button below to find a Henry Ford Pharmacy near your home or work.
  • Call 1-877-575-MEDS(6337) to refill your prescription(s) over the phone.

For your safety please select a MyChart Video Visit on Demand or call our MyCare Advice Line at 844-262-1949 before scheduling if: You currently have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, you are experiencing a new loss of taste and/or sense of smell, in the past 21 days, you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in the past 14 days, you have had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. Or, you have experienced two or more of the following symptoms in the last 3 days: fever, chills, drenching sweats, new cough, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose or nasal congestion, or nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
