Worksite and Ergonomic EvaluationsOur industrial rehabilitation specialists assess the workplace, incorporating education with tools modification to reduce or prevent on-the-job injuries, and help facilitate an injured worker’s return to work.

Functional Capacity AssessmentsOur industrial rehab specialists evaluate an individual’s physical capabilities as it relates to a specific job, work tolerance or occupation. This assessment may also be used to determine an individual's ability to safely return to full-time work or modified duty, as well as help determine if work restrictions, job modifications or reasonable accommodations are necessary to prevent further injury.

Work ConditioningThis program promotes safe work and helps to prevent back injuries, repetitive motion injuries and other musculoskeletal problems. Our industrial rehabilitation specialists teach stretching, strengthening, aerobic training, proper body mechanics, pacing and other physical techniques.

Injury Prevention EducationIn these educational programs, our industrial rehab therapists provide employees with basic tools to minimize injuries in the workplace. These encourage individual responsibility by providing employees with a fundamental understanding of injuries that occur in the workplace and how they can be prevented.
