Jess Gray received her master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. She is certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the state of Michigan and has completed comprehensive DBT training with the DBT Institute of Michigan. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, substance use, and identity issues.
Jess integrates a strength-based, solution-focused approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and harm reduction techniques to support the individual goals of each patient. She is passionate about supporting those who are LGBTQIA+ identified and other marginalized and oppressed populations.
