Focusing on delivering diabetes education to pregnant women who have developed gestational diabetes, these one-on-one appointments with a registered dietitian are conducted at various locations. Topics addressed are: glucose monitoring, risks related to gestational diabetes, nutrition management and what to expect after pregnancy.
