Robert Deeb, M.D. received his medical degree with highest distinction from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. As one of the top medical students in the country, he was elected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed a residency in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. Additionally, he was awarded a highly competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Center, NY.
Dr. Deeb is double board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck including rhinoplasty, facelifts, neck lifts, blepharoplasty and brow lifting as well as surgery for skin cancer, scar revision and maxillofacial trauma. He also performs non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as botox and filler injections. His extensive fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery allows him to treat the most complex conditions. He has published multiple articles within his specialty and has presented his research at national meetings. He has also authored several book chapters.
Dr. Deeb is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Michigan Otolaryngological Society, American Medical Association and the Michigan State Medical Society. His other interests include teaching medical residents as well as being an active member of humanitarian mission trips throughout the world.
Most recently Dr. Deeb traveled to Turkey as part of a medical mission providing facial reconstructive surgery for Syrian refugees at Al-Amal Hospital. Read about this mission trip.
