Henry Ford Health offers employees a generous number of medical options in our health benefits, including three consumer-driven health plans. We also offer a medical plan unique to the needs of our Canadian employees.

You can choose to participate in an employer-funded health savings account (HSA) plan. If you also take part in our wellness plan, we’ll double the employer contribution to your HSA, and you’ll have a reduced out-of-pocket cost for your medical coverage.
