When you call, a registered nurse or medical assistant will triage your symptoms and help determine the next best step. This may include:

  • Scheduling a same-day clinic visit, or 
  • Recommending care at the Henry Ford Jackson Hospital Emergency Department if symptoms require immediate attention. 

If you leave a voicemail, a nurse or medical assistant will return your call to gather information and guide you on next steps.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency and cannot reach someone by phone, do not wait. Please go directly to the Emergency Department or call 911.
