The Henry Ford Sports Medicine specialists can help you develop your skills, keep your competitive edge, and prevent injury with FasTrac, a sports conditioning program for Flexibility, Agility and Strength Training for Athletic Competition. We develop focused exercises and programs to help you stay healthy and perform at your peak.

Henry Ford athletic trainers work with athletes of all skill levels, from high school to professional athletes with our FASTRAC program. We even customize programs to specific sports, including golf and running.

Advanced conditioning and analysis

Our trainers also use biomechanical conditioning and video analysis. We use this technology to evaluate your form to help prevent specific injuries, such as knee (ACL) injuries.
