At Henry Ford Health, we believe in building strong, vibrant communities – working alongside equally committed partners to steward the health and wellbeing of the neighborhoods we serve. We are committed to meeting unmet health needs and eliminating disparities, removing barriers to success, fostering growth and opportunities, and harnessing innovative and transformational solutions to power Southeastern Michigan for the future.

Due to the high volume of sponsorship requests that we receive, all requests must be submitted via this online process. Please allow at least 90 days from submissions to be reviewed. Thank you for your interest in submitting a sponsorship proposal.

What We Support

We consider support of and partnership with nonprofit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3)
organizations and programs that share our mission to advance health and wellbeing in
the following areas:

  • Hunger and food insecurity
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Physical health and wellbeing
• Empowering Neighborhood Growth & Economic Vitality
  
  • Educational opportunities for youth & adults facing barriers to employment
  • Target public safety challenges through community engagement
• Powering Innovation
  
  • Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) programs
  • Sustainable development through recycling, green spaces and mobility
• Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Social Justice
  
  • Foster an inclusive climate for women, veterans, caregivers, individuals living with disabilities, Senior Citizens, Hispanic/Latino, Middle Eastern, African American, Millennials, the LGBTQ community and other marginalized communities.

*Other requests that are not included in the above categories will be reviewed for consideration

What We Don't Support:

Through our Community Sponsorship Program, we do not contribute to the following:

• Organizations without current Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 501(c)(3) tax exempt, public charity status
• Individuals
• Individual scholarships and fellowships
• Political candidates or election/political campaigns through community outreach budget
• Youth sports teams
• Private clubs, fraternities, or sororities
• Requests for loan reimbursement
• Endowments
• Organizations that discriminate by race, religion, color, creed, gender, age or national origin
