Rose Glenn joined Henry Ford Health System in 2001 and has had a health care career in strategic marketing and public relations spanning 30 years. She leads a team responsible for communications, web strategy, cultural transformation and improvement initiatives to further the growth, preference and customer engagement of the $6 billion health system and its subsidiaries. Rose was part of the core team that helped the health system achieve the 2011 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
She joined Henry Ford from ProMedica Health System, where she served as Corporate Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations and Advocacy for seven years. Prior to that, she was in the Detroit market for 10 years, serving in leadership roles in the urban hospitals of Mercy health care system (now Trinity) and at Bon Secours Health System.
Rose is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and is on the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, She is a recipient of many professional awards, and is a graduate of Leadership Detroit.
A summa cum laude graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Rose received her master's degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University and was named a class valedictorian.
